02 · The arc

From the kitchen to agent systems.

A recruiter-readable sequence of the work and study that the public record supports, without turning an earlier chapter into a different credential.

  1. 01

    Culinary work

    Nearly ten-year chef career.

The arc begins with a nearly ten-year chef career, including BOKA and work with Stephanie Izard. That experience remains culinary work, and it belongs in the story on its own terms.

  2. 02

    Business and study

    MBA in Finance.

Axl holds an MBA in Finance from Johnson & Wales University. Public Kaggle and Tableau work also shows earlier data analytics study; its completion is not verified here.

    Current role

Hermes Agent Contributor at Nous Research.

The current public role is Hermes Agent Contributor at Nous Research, August 2026–present. The work is centered on agent systems, developer tools, and the engineering surfaces around them.

  4. 04

    Authored method

Graph-gated engineering and the 5x2x3 method.

Axl is the creator of graph-gated engineering and the 5x2x3 method: a way to keep engineering work, authorship, evidence, and review visible as agent-system work moves forward.

03 · Direct evidence

Start with the record.

These links connect the arc to the public sources used for it. The page keeps the identity bridge, current role, culinary background, MBA, and authored method tied to their existing claim records.

04 · The throughline

Make the work inspectable.

Culinary work, finance, data analytics study, and agent systems are distinct chapters. The throughline is careful work made visible: what happened, who owns it, and which evidence supports the claim.
