To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to you to recommend Andrex Ibiza for a position with your company.
I am the Executive Chef and Owner of four restaurants in Chicago: Girl & the Goat, Little Goat Diner, Duck Duck Goat, and Cabra. Andrex Ibiza first came to know us a few years ago when they staged at Girl & The Goat. In June of 2019 they moved to Chicago to become part of my team at Duck Duck Goat and Little Goat.
Andrex has always exuded lots of positive energy and a desire to learn, all while pursuing their MBA! They possess organizational skills, attention to detail, are devoted, hard-working, reliable and dedicated. Their excellent communication skills have been crucial in working in our busy restaurants. The management team and I have always found Andrex to be excellent at decision making, taking the lead, and working wisely, constantly striving to learn more about cooking as well as the business side of the restaurant. Andrex is a smart and kind human being.
I highly recommend Andrex Ibiza for any position they are applying for and I know that they will be an amazing contribution to your team. I know that they will go on to accomplish amazing things.
