credited concurrency diagnosis and review integrated into merged fix

Correct Scheduling Across Concurrent Profiles — PR #99496

Identified a concurrency bug that could pair one profile's identity with another profile's timezone and persist the wrong cron schedule. My review called for atomic cache ownership and a real scheduling regression test. The merged integration implements that boundary with a locked per-profile cache, building on qdivan's original fix.

The lock-guarded implementation is Teknium’s follow-up to the linked review.
