Twenty-file decomposition campaign
A parallel engineering program that split twenty authority-concentrated files into bounded modules.
I created the graph gates, lane structure, independent review method, interlock rules, and execution direction for the campaign.
Campaign issue #78647 closed at 20/20 complete. PR #77911 carries the large-file decomposition guide, and the linked issue retains the public campaign history.
The completion figures describe the campaign as recorded in the August 2026 publication. The paper preserves the method, measurements, and contributor context.
